(January 11, 2015) Lagos state Governor, Mr Babatunde Fashola has signed into law, the state 2015 budget of four hundred and eighty-nine billion, six hundred and ninety million naira, the same figure as that of last year. A breakdown of the budget shows that capital expenditure stands at fifty one per cent while recurrent expenditure is pegged at forty nine per cent.
